Secondo quanto riferito da organi di stampa giapponesi, Sharp avrebbe sviluppato nuovi pannelli LCD Super IGZO dotati di maggiore risoluzione, più luminosità e con consumi ridotti dal 10% al 20% rispetto agli attuali display IGZO.
